Drawing inspiration from the whimsical worlds of Gaspard & Lisa, Moomin Troll, Brambly Hedge, and Frog and Toad, I share a personal tale of my own experiences with a loved one.

"Bubs the Rat & Stringbean the Rabbit" was inspired by my long-distance relationship and my love for stories about tiny critters. The characters are based on the Chinese zodiac signs representing the years my partner and I were born.
